For the most common ERPs and accounting systems, technical implementation can be completed in just a few days. It only requires a few hours of your IT person's time to grant Canals the appropriate access, and then it syncs the data automatically. A day or two later, Canals is ready for your team to use. If we do not yet integrate with your ERP or accounting system, implementation is typically completed in 30 days or less.
Every customer receives a Customer Success Manager, who works with you through onboarding and rollout, as well as post-implementation. They partner with you on the best rollout strategy for your company and conduct all trainings to help onboard your teams.

Yes. Canals has enterprise-grade security that is independently verified through annual SOC 2 Type II audits. In addition, we've completed third-party penetration testing and have regular automated security checks. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
