Sales order automation is the use of technology to streamline the tedious, manual process of creating orders and quotes in your ERP. It typically involves technology that can read (“parse”) a customer request, match each request to items you sell, and integrate with your ERP to create the sales order or quote with all the necessary information, including customer details.
Instead of having to individually look up and add each requested item to the order, users can simply review the complete, pre-built order, make any necessary adjustments, and submit it. More advanced sales order automation tools can even automatically create an email with the order or quote attached, so users can send it directly to the customer without ever having to go into another tool.

If we do not yet integrate with your ERP or accounting system, implementation is typically completed in 30 days or less.
